THE PRESTONPANS MILE!
From those that give you Comic Relief present The Sports Relief Mile events. As with Comic Relief, the aim of the initiative is to raise the funds to help change the lives of the less fortunate both in the United Kingdom and in abroad in the 3rd World.
Sports Releif is back and bigger than ever with over 200 registered Mile events taking place in the British Isles and only 6 in Scotland alone. It is with pleasure we are about announce that Polwarth will host one of these 6 events.
There are 3 options available for the participants to run, walk, hop or whatever you want to do: The 1 Mile, 3 Mile, or 6 Mile Challenges.
The challenge course is laps of the cricket ground the sum of which will be the distance you have chosen to compete in. Upon completing the course you will receive your Sports Relief goody bag and free water bottle.

To get your sponsorship going, there is a entry fee to the event, 100% of which goes towards your total offering to the Sports Relief cause.
Adults (16 years +) - £5; Children - £2; Family Fee (2 Adults & 2 Children) - £12.
