Founder member of the club, and bearing a resemblance to a stump, although not perhaps as tall, Willie has been a driving force behind Preston Village since 1990. Famously brave opening bat Willie attained his place in club history in 1997 with "Brian Close"
like performance at Dalgety Bay when he used his body as a bat on a wet artificial wicket.
Continues to be a consistent batsman for the 2nd XI.
